Health & Safety Guidelines
We’re happy to welcome you into our doors. Our goal is to provide you with a safe place to enjoy a meal with family and friends while keeping our staff and community healthy. By working together, we can create a happy and healthy space for guests and staff, alike. We truly appreciate your cooperation.
We’d like to share a few practices we are implementing to create a safe environment for all. We created our policies and procedures in accordance with CDC, FDA, OSHA, State of Illinois, and City of Chicago guidelines, and we will update them as guidance from those entities evolves.
What Daisies will do
Limit guest occupancy to ensure 6 feet of distance between all tables
Require all staff to utilize proper face coverings
Provide a well-ventilated space with open windows, fans, and air-conditioning
Diligently enforce occupancy restriction and face covering guidelines
Be economical with our guest interactions
Send sick employees home
Conduct thorough cleanings of tables and chairs between each table seating
Conduct thorough cleanings each evening
Post signs reminding guests to maintain 6-feet separation
Clean and sanitize surfaces at least every 30 minutes
Require employees to frequently wash their hands with soap and warm water for 20 seconds
What we ask our guests to do
Arrive with proper face coverings
Keep face coverings on at all times, unless eating and drinking
Honor our occupancy limit
Stay home if they are sick
Limit dining with parties larger than six
Understand we cannot guarantee patio seating. But we can do our best to make every table as safe and comfortable as possible
Utilize sanitation stationed throughout the building
Limit dining to 90 minutes
Maintain 6-feet separation from other guests and Daisies employees whenever possible
